Start with where it will hang
Measure the wall or shelf first. A print that fills about two thirds of the space usually looks balanced.
Match the photo's shape
Phone photos are usually 4:3, so sizes like 6 x 8 in or 12 x 16 in print without cropping. Camera photos are often 3:2, which suits 4 x 6 in and 8 x 12 in.
Check the quality
- Small prints: almost any recent phone photo works.
- Large prints: bring the original file, not a screenshot or a chat-app copy.
